Appeal by plaintiff from a judgment entered pursuant to an order granting a motion for judgment to be entered in accordance with a prior motion for a directed verdict (Code Civ. Proc., § 630) in an action for damages for personal injuries. A motion by defendant for a directed verdict was denied. The jury disagreed and a mistrial was declared. Thereafter defendants motion under section 630 was granted and judgment entered.
